Working Hours:
The working hours of our managerial staff have been determined
as from 08:00 to 17:00, 6 days a week.
Meals: Each employee is given an issued meal
card. In addition, the cafeteria on the terrace is at the
service of all personnel who work at the Holding building.
Awards: Creative contributions of our
employees are rewarded by thank-you letters and by cash awards
or other prizes in-kind. Furthermore, employees that complete 5,
10 or 15 years
of service receive seniority prizes.
Social Benefits: Our employees receive
predetermined sums for marriage, maternity and death.
Leave Policy: Annual paid leave is
determined in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Act.
Leave privileges start after 1 year of employment.
The terms of leave for all our employees that are entitled to
a leave of absence are as follows:

1 -5 years 17 workdays
5-15 years 20 workdays
More than 15 years 26 workdays
Military Service Policy:
Male candidates that have completed their military service or
have minimum two years draft deferment are accorded priority.
