A.Ţ. plans and organizes training activities in order to
develop the technical and personal skills of its employees in
the direction of the corporate vision, mission, values and
objectives. The training we provide aims to motivate our
employees as well as contribute to their development.
Acarlar A.Ţ. provides orientation training
to all personnel during the first week of their employment. The
employees are encouraged to participate in training programs in
order to further their skills and technical knowledge as well as
their personal development in accordance with the career steps
ahead of them.
We determine the training requirements of our
employees through performance assessment, skill development and
career management procedures. We support the development of our
personnel through:
• Participation in domestic and overseas fairs,
• Seminars,
• Conferences,
• Technical and individual development training programs,
• Manager development programs
