We advertise our vacant positions through newspaper ads and HR portals. Candidates with appropriate education and experience in our judgment are asked to attend interviews for the position in question. During our selection procedure, we also take support from tools such as interviews to judge competence, personality inventory and other tools such as foreign language and general aptitude tests.

All interviewed candidates are informed of the selection process and of the related results.
